Event Listings, Reviews and Reuse of Our Content
Much of what we publish covers concerts, theater, gallery openings and exhibitions in and around Miami. Event details such as dates, times, line-ups, ticket availability and venue access are set by organisers and can change at short notice. We note what was known when a piece was written, but we do not sell or book tickets and we are not the official voice of any venue, artist or promoter. Before you plan a trip, please confirm the current details on the organiser's or venue's own channels. Our museums and venues section is meant as a starting point for discovery, not as a substitute for official information.
How we approach reviews
Reviews in our Reviews section reflect the honest opinion of the writer at the time of the show or visit. We aim to describe what we saw and heard, explain why something worked or did not, and stay fair to artists who are often working with limited budgets. Opinions are not statements of fact, and a different performance night or a rehung exhibition may leave a different impression. If we ever received free entry, a press preview or any other benefit connected to a piece, we will say so in that piece.
Artwork, tattoos and photography
Artists keep the rights to their own work. Featuring a drawing, tattoo design, digital piece or photograph here does not transfer any rights to us or to readers. Please do not copy, reprint or use featured artwork, including tattoo designs, without the creator's permission. If you want to use something you found here, contact the artist directly. Short quotations from our own writing are welcome for commentary or discussion, provided you credit Yüksel Design Journal.
Comments, submissions and changes to these terms
When readers or artists send us material, we may edit it for length and clarity, and we may decide not to publish it. We do not publish content that is hateful, harassing or that infringes someone else's rights. These terms may be updated as the journal grows. Material we have changed significantly is noted where practical, and older articles remain available in the Archive as a record of what we published at the time.

Articles on tattoo art, materials and drawing techniques are written for inspiration and general interest. They are not a substitute for guidance from a licensed tattoo artist, a medical professional or a qualified instructor, particularly where skin care, allergies or healing are concerned.
